Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your candle arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll send a replacement OR issue a refund right away.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our candles are handmade and consumable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used candles. Please double-check your order before placing it.
